Jesus calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves without judging or disparaging others for who they are. The First Parish Congregational Church of Gorham has always honored the value and power of diversity and now we reaffirm and strengthen our commitment to the loving acceptance of all people in every part of our life as a church. In this spirit, we declare our church Open and Affirming; welcoming all people, including gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people in the full life and ministry of this church.
